Brig. Gen. Aden Lagradante, EPD District Director, said the complainant recounted that her colleagues parked the police vehicle and one of them allegedly touched her private part.
“The report I read said she was only touched, but as to the sexual act it is not yet clear,” Lagradante said.

The victim delayed filing her complaint after her colleagues allegedly told her to keep silent.
“She was told, ‘this is just among us.’ Then after several days, the victim realized she had to report,” Lagradante said.
The suspects have been disarmed and face both administrative and criminal cases once the allegations are proven.
The policewoman has since been transferred to the EPD headquarters where she was described as "emotionally distressed" although "stable."
